Attention! COVID REQUIREMENTS (Documentation and matching Photo ID required as a condition upon entry to the facility.)
- Present your vaccine card with a photo ID that matches the name on the card. We accept a digital image of the card and/or verification from a healthcare provider or State Immunization Information System record. (Fully Vaccinated means a 2nd shot received no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.)
- If unvaccinated (including all children) bring a hardcopy or digital image of a negative PCR COVID result from a test collected no sooner than 72 hours prior to an event. (Home tests and rapid tests not accepted)
- Wear a face mask when entering the building as one is required at all times in the facility.
Ticket holders will NOT be permitted in the theatre without proper documentation and matching identification.
Ticket holders that are unwilling or unable to comply with the above COVID-19 protocols may request a refund or to have the value of the ticket retained as a credit in their patron record. Your request can be emailed prior to the event time to boxoffice@capitoltheatre.org with the ticket confirmation number.

Ticket Notes
- Senior and Military discounts: Details are available through the Capitol Theatre Box Office via phone at 509-853-ARTS (2787) or in-person during box office hours.
- Group prices (for 10 or more paid tickets) are available. Group ticket purchases must be coordinated through the YSO office at 509-248-1414 during regular office hours, Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
- Tickets for students/children are $5.00 plus the Capitol Theatre Patron User Fee of $1.00. Purchase student/children’s tickets during box office hours by phone at 509-853-ARTS (2787) or in person at the Capitol Theatre Box Office. Student ID or visual verification of age (for younger children) is required to pick up student/children’s tickets.
As of July 2019 a $1 fee is added to each ticket to support the upkeep of the historic Capitol Theatre. Learn more here.
