A mysterious tour guide of the Capitol Theatre appeared on the stage one day...

Shorty, our resident theatre ghost, has given us Shorty’s Tour, an in-person journey through the Capitol Theatre's most storied areas and we want to share it with you!

These tours, held every Wednesday and two Saturdays in March, will bring you behind the curtain of our historic century-old theatre. Learn how the magic of theatre is created, see historic portions of the building not open to the public, hear about the architecture and artwork inside the Theatre, and learn how your support allows us to maintain the building and program vital arts entertainment in Yakima. 

Tours last about an hour and a half and are free but tickets are required. A $10/person donation is suggested.
