TICKET POLICY
All Tickets and Subscriptions are final and non-refundable, including fees. You may purchase tickets online, by phone, or in person at the Capitol Theatre box office. Tickets purchased over the phone can be delivered via regular mail if purchased two weeks before the event; otherwise, tickets will be held at will call for you to pick up at your earliest convenience. For over-the-phone ticket purchases and more information about our current or upcoming season, please contact the Capitol Theatre Box office at 509-853-2787 from 11 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday, and on show days, 11 am to 30 min after the ticketed performance begins.
DONATE YOUR TICKETS
If you’re unable to attend a performance, you may donate your tickets to The Capitol Theatre and receive a tax-deductible receipt for your income taxes. Ticket donations must be arranged at least 24 hours before your scheduled performance. To donate, Please Call the Box Office at 509-853-2787 or email at boxoffice@capitoltheatre.org to arrange your donation.
SEASON TICKET SUBSCRIBER BENEFITS
Season ticket subscribers may exchange their tickets for a different performance of the same show. If you lose or forget your tickets, please call 509.853.ARTS (2787) or 877.330ARTS (2787) for a replacement at no cost. You may pick up your tickets at the box office on the day of the show.
FINDING YOUR TICKETS
Capitol Theatre offers digital e-tickets for some shows. If print-at-home delivery is available, all tickets will be sent as a PDF via the email assigned to your account. When arriving at the Capitol Theatre, either pull up your ticket on your mobile device or print the tickets on your home printer ahead of time and present it at entry. The Ushers will scan your tickets, providing entry for your group. Tickets may still be delivered via regular mail or held at will call. If you wish to change your delivery method after purchase, please contact the CTC Box Office @ 509-853-2787 or boxoffice@capitoltheatre.org
THIRD-PARTY TICKETS
Most Box office staff these days have seen too many patrons fall victim to ticket scammers taking advantage of selling tickets at two to three times the cost of the original ticket price. Tickets purchased through the Capitol Theatre Box office or on our official website- www.capitoltheatre.org are considered valid and are guaranteed seating.
The resale of event tickets in Washington state is not illegal. Realize that even when a ticket broker is operating within the law, you will still pay much more than the original ticket price. Although the website may appear to be official including the Capitol Theatre's logo, we do not authorize any ticket brokers to sell tickets on behalf of the Capitol Theatre.
